Style Editor preset management missing #454

It is possible to export a Style Editor preset with a new name, but it is
not possible to remove any (old) presets.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Editra 0.5.25 (Gentoo)

What method of install was your version installed with (Binary/Source)?
Binary

If from source: What version of python and wxPython are you using?
Python 2.5.4

yes currently they must be removed by manually deleting the associated (.ess) 
file in
your user configuration directory.

Add ability to remove user created style sheets from within the StyleEditor 
dialog.
