[Feature request] Provide an opportunity to change following options

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable mobile notifications from twitter (Settings/Mobile/ And check in 
"Tweets from people you've enabled for mobile notifications"
2. Follow someone using Hotot (for example find someone using search and start 
following him)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
By default following someone using Hotot you also subscribes to get their 
tweets to mobile phone via SMS and there no option to change this behavior from 
application.

It would be useful to give user the ability to choose if he wants to get mobile 
notifications.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system and
what Desktop Environment?
Hotot - ver 0.9.5 (Ada)
Ubuntu 10.04, Gnome 2.30.2
