Allow account-specific "summon Hotot" keybindings

Currently, the "Summon Hotot" keybinding is a global. As such, if you have 
multiple Hotot windows open, one for each account you're using (I currently use 
one each for Twitter and Identica), the keybinding will open only the first 
account opened in the current session -- which means if you want to open the 
other windows, you must go to the indicator icon to resume.

I'd like to see one of two solutions:

* each account could have its own "Summon Hotot" keybinding
* pressing the "Summon Hotot" keybinding multiple times would cycle through the 
account windows (closing an account window when cycled to the next)
