What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I can't log in to my twitter account. I run hotot and theres no account
saved. it ask me again for the validation process when y paste the pin code,
nothing happens

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to login to my twitter account, but when i complete the validation
process it froze the interface (in fact, when i input the pin code and press
ok, nothing else happens)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system and
what Desktop Environment?
Hotot 0.9.6 (Ada) updated Ubuntu 10.10

Please provide any additional information below.

I can gain the access-token and when I paste it in hotot and click "ok" it says
"Authorizing..." at the top, but nothing happens.

Tried it again, and now it works. Didn't change anything - at least my issue
seemed to be at twitters side.

Then just copy and paste it manually? Looks like your default-browser setting
isn't working

That's four twitter clients that don't work as promised or at all, today.
Gwibber: crashed twice
Twitux: never worked
gTwitter: No access to enter account info, instructions to use non-existent
button
Hotot: will not accept my Twitter account, insist I regain an access token

I experienced the same problem. Make sure that your system time is set
correctly after boot (try ntpd, for example). Twitter won't react to the api
call if the time doesn't match your region or something, I guess.

Hi everyone. Despite this is no solution at all, I found a succesful way of
logging in and getting Hotot to work once again, just following a silly
"blindfold" method:

As I hovered the pointer over the blank window, I discovered that it changed
shape to text selection, becoming clear that the text box for pasting the PIN
code still remained below there, as the rest of the buttons also did.

So, I went to google image search and drew on a picture of how should that
screen exactly look like:

http://parduslife.files.wordpress.com/2011/10/hotot4.jpeg

After inserting the code on the box and hitting "OK" button, I could see back
again my TL and the rest of the views as usual.
