Error box should only appear once #332

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use hotot
2. Disable internet connection
3. What several HTTP Error 0 messages pop up, all over each other.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

There should be only one error box that goes away with a single click.
Having to click multiple times is annoying and can trigger retweets if one is 
not careful.

What version of the product are you using?

hotot-hg 753
