always notifies for new dents. #380

when running hotot it always notifies for new dents in timeline, mentions and 
direct messages regardless of the previous time when running it. I'm Using the 
latest code with identica and do not know if this is an issue with twitter 
either.

i have the same issue with twitter, notifications for old mentions/dm are shown 
at every hotot startup.
