Warn the user when reauthorization is required

It'd be great for user experience if we'd warn the user when they need to 
reauthorize with twitter etc.

Currently the user only sees an empty http error, which leads to issues like:

Currently if you don't look at those issues you'd never figure out that you 
need to reauthorize and might endup thinking that the program is bugged. Let's 
avoid that situation!

Ideally the warning would prompt them with a link "Regain Access Token with 
Twitter" which opens the appropriate window to take action.
