Where did the refresh/reload button go? #423

With the latest hotot update, the UI changed a lot (everything is at the top
now). I've looked everywhere for the manual refresh/reload button but I dont
see it. Does it still exist? Thanks for hotot - the best linux twitter client
anywhere!

Theres no button, but the default keyboard shortcut is 'r' and that will
refresh/reload your stream.

Ok thanks - I humbly suggest putting a refresh button back in as I think it was
very useful functionality.

Also - is there a plan for hotot to support the streaming API? That would
eliminate most of the need for refresh.

Streaming API has already be implemented. and for the fallback mode, i have a
plan to write some code to adjust the intervals so refresh manually is
unnecessary.
