Bomb event affecting the wrong person #10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Buy a bomb
2. Use it and hope it hits someone other than yourself

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should show the item of the one who got it, and affect the value of that 
item. Instead, it shows an item belonging to the one who used the bomb and 
changes the value of that.
