Nothing happens when it is used, besides said person fiddling with their abacus

Fixed. I made the mistake of using the default Event constructor, which only 
has a 16/100 chance of causing an event to happen (so they don't happen too 
often). Now the abacus will have a 100% chance of causing an event to happen.
