Revisions 372 upwards break Windows compatibility #65

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Cannot update or checkout

From rev 372 you created a Marave file in the main directory where already
exists a marave folder.

Windows filenames are case insensitive so they cannot exist together.
Very annoying but if we want a win exe we have to live with it.

Argh, that's what happens when I code at 3AM :-)

I renamed it in r374, does it work now?

Really fixed in r376, but you may need to delete a "marave.py" or "Marave" or 
"marave" 
script from somewhere, the binary is now called marave-editor
