CTRL-5 key-sequence not working #31

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start e.g. vi in insert mode (or xm console under XEN)
2. press CTRL-5

What is the expected output?
vi prints some characters (xm console quits)

What do you see instead?
no reaction/output

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
i am using shellinabox 2.9 on Centos 5.3. The browser is Firefox 3.5.3 on
Windows XP.

Please provide any additional information below.
