SVNplot considers some folder name as file (for files type counting) if the
folder name contains a '.'.

SVNplot should not take into account dot in path if that path is a
directory (a folder cannot have extension).

The directory/file determination logic is changed in 0.6.x versions. Please 
check the latest release.
