What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install TV Shack Plugin (latest version)
2. Start any video in TV Shack
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would like to see the video, but instead I get a Loading Error (Failed to
retrieve data) on any video!

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Mac OS Leopard, Tv Shack-22-11-2008(imdb)

Please provide any additional information below.
