new features: browse by country and browse by city

Attached you will find the enhancements for MPDB, for browsing by Countries and 
by Cities. The info is extracted from the GPS info.

Beware that 4 new STRINGS have to be made in the Language files.

Please make a new SVN#, so that I can make the right translations

This is my last extension for this add-on.

Personally I do not like this way of implementation, using 2 table (like 
Country & CountryInFiles).

I'm going to make it 100% flexible from the FILES table, with improved 
functionality. I also gonna try to make the context menu better.

Eg. 
- First show Country= 100 Pics
-- Using context menu, I'd like to start the show of 100 Pics
-- Using enter key, I'd like to see the Cities + Number of Pics.
---- Using the context menu, I'd like to start the show of 1 City pictures
---- Using the enter key, I'd like to see all pics of that City

This has different advantages
1) better user experience
2) smaller database,
