Feature Request:

- How about implementing a global search, that uses all searches (e.g. iload.to 
AND kino.to) or a configurable subset

- How about an availibility checker (e.g. Play first working stream), so that 
one stream after another is tried and if one works, the auto-availibility check 
stops. Here it should be possible to configure some skip-words like "sample" or 
something
