Auto follow of author #12

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install script
2. Default setting of 'Follow Author' is on

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Now that the script is available from Repo without any EULA or readme 
available to the user, this should be set to 'off' on default.
