UI feedback for authentication #33

The current script logic does not differentiate between Twitter's responses. 
The script needs to identify authentication issues and present the user with 
clear UI options on how to resolve it. Also, need to change the current 
VerifyAPI method to be more robust on rely on API count checks rather than 
timeline.
