User is not prompted to enter Twitter PIN code.
Reviewing the logs indicate an issue with 401 getting the authorization url.

OAuth consumer key and secret changed leading to 401 on client.
Changed script logic to use vars and have consistent behavior with the new set 
of 
key/secret.
