This is mostly copied over from JIb, just changed to skaffold, and with source code removed.

@coollog JIb will be deprecated over skaffold-tools-for-java in the future?

@joelhandwell Nope, Jib is primarily used for building images, while this tool will be used for deploying/running/debugging images on kubernetes. They perform two different parts of the development process, so we plan on making the two tools work well together, not obsolete each other.
