Fix firebase element documentation not listing FirebaseQueryBehaviour #141

Hydrolysis doesn't like the formatting of the doc for FirebaseQueryBehaviour, which makes the output a little bit broken...

Rearranging fixes the problem (and is also arguably more readable).
