Set up without Bower? #39

Is there any way of using this without Bower?

You can use the element catalog to add to collection and download as a .zip: https://elements.polymer-project.org/elements/google-analytics

Keep in mind, that you'll have to update dependencies yourself if there are future releases. This is why we recommend Bower.
