Firefall Update Handling #9

If a new Firefall version is detected, prompt the user to open the launcher and download it. Also includes a 32-bit registry fix.

Just noting here I changed the steam check to look for the the Steam uninstall registry entry, I use Steam to keep Firefall updated but I don't run it through it. So this prevents me from getting the patch prompt on start up.
