We have more green stuff 🎉 Here's what I plan to restyle in this pull request:

[x] Restyle the MFA lock icon
[x] Restyle the 'join call' buttons
[x] Restyle the green bar on the 'Keep me safe' box in the privacy and safety
[x] Change the checkboxes on the connections page

I've changed everything that I've noticed in the new green now, take a quick look to make sure I've not made any instantly-evident errors and then feel free to merge
