SRP fleet functionality is useless when you SRP everything so that can go - SRP tiers should calculate off of percentage of jita and selections for what is/isn't covered, e.g. shitstack would be 50% non-faction hull+fit, strat would be 100% hull+ fit, 200% would be everything at 2x jita for :shobon: newbies.

It may well be that it's easier to write our own SRP module rather than re-architecting this one but may as well note it here.
