Log dialog message loses formatting after clicking a link

1. Open TortoiseSVN revision log
2. Load all revisions
3. go to 24947
4. click on "r24941" in commit message
5. 24941 open, however, the link to the issue isn't applied there

This might take longer to fix:
Since the rich edit control is updated from within its own callback, updating 
the styling doesn't work. Only if it's updated normally 'from the outside' the 
styling is correctly applied.
