Show all inherited props

In the properties dialog, only the properties inherited from the closest upward 
target are shown.
Enhance the dialog so that all inherited props are shown.

Note also that currently, the properties inherited from the closest upward 
target (which are shown) will disappear once a property with the same name is 
created in the directory whose properties you're examining.
