Cant install extention #539

When I copied and past the extention I have this error message By the way I used it my iPhone

Error Get "https://github.com/GopeedLab/gopeed- extension-samples.git/info/refs? service=git-upload-pack": proxyconnect tep: dial tcp :80: connect: connection refused
