The "Downloads completed" tab remains empty. #645

Hello,
During the download of a file, we can see the progress of the download in its tab.

When the download is complete, the file does not move to the other tab, and the file does not appear in the "completed downloads" tab.
This tab always remains empty.

In the previous version, once the download was completed, it would normally appear in the other tab designated as "completed downloads."

同样的问题，在Debian 12 上 也没有。

@franco27 This should be caused by the version upgrade and the local database is not compatible, try uninstalling and reinstalling.
