Unable to find Pet with correct Pet ID #1

Precondition The App (IguVerse) has been downloaded and installed. The user's Pet has been shared in social media (TikTok).

Description

Steps:

  1. Open app
  2. Go to Game tab (Pawprint icon)
  3. Tap on Start Playing button
  4. Go to Continue Find Task
  5. Find Pet page opened
  6. Enter the correct Pet ID you want to find from Social Media
  7. Observe the message "Incorrect Pet ID code. Please try again. Attempts left 2!"

Pet_ID message

Expected Result: Pet should be founded by correct Pet ID.

Actual Result: Unable to find Pet ID with correct Pet ID

Environment

Device: Realme UI 3.0 OS: Android 12 App version: 1.1.0

Priority: Blocker

As you can see in a TikTok, the Pet ID was expired 3 days ago. They are valid for 24 horus only. You should choose Pet ID not found option

All issues have been created like a user that was sign in first time and without knowing how the app is working, so for deeper testing there is need more information about the app. I just want to introduce how I was creating an issue.
