Various typo fixes (spelling and grammar). #31

Hey Gor,

I happened to be looking at my local repo of the Coroutines TS and noticed some uncommitted changes, probably stuff I forgot to commit from the editing committee review. Attached is a PR for the working draft. The changes are just typo fixes.

Cool! I'll review and apply them. I do need to delete leftovers from "concepts-ts" :-) I used the concept-ts to start up my ts. Some of the files are there and unused, like "constraints.tex" I'll probably remove the entire file
