Rename the main latex file from D0057.tex (the wording paper number from which the TS working paper was created, I believe) to coroutine-ts-v1.tex and adjust the build system accordingly.
Prior to this change, the Makefile would not work without modifications as it was looking for ts.tex. I prefer calling the main .tex file coroutine-ts-v1.tex instead of ts.tex so that the produced document has an unambiguous name (coroutine-ts-v1.pdf instead of ts.pdf).
