Home does not seem to cache #148

I have your extension now running and External Full Page Caching also active. But home does not seem to get cached and still takes 40-50 seconds TTFB to load. See goo.gl/R1vX3g . Any ideas why that is? Two, secondary pages get .html in the end. Is that your plugin, or EFPC or a rewrite issue? http://php.quicoto.com/how-to-remove-html-from-magento/

Well after really emptying all caches things have improved. Still not as fast as I or Google Pagespeed wants , but getting there.
