Outline marker #120

Hi, I have a suggestion for the outline feature. I would love to have a marker on the outline of where my cursor currently is, so I can better navigate my notes (maybe like an indicator that shows up when you hover over a title in the outline or a small dot on the right handside of the outline).

Coda have very similar native outline with this feature implemented.
