Feature Request: Add button to expand/collapse all sub-items

First off, thank you for working on this extension! Many of the features, especially the sticky page outline, are game changers for me.

Problem

As of December 15, 2022, Notion added the ability to have database sub-items https://www.notion.so/releases/2022-12-15 .

The major problems are:

• All sub-items are collapsed by default.
• When refreshing a page, are expanded sub-items are collapsed.

I desperately want to use the sub-items feature to create hierarchical task lists in a table, but having to manually click to expand the entire table every time I load the page is a dealbreaker.

Requests

• Add a button and/or keyboard shortcut to the page to expand/collapse all sub-items.
• Bonus -- add the ability to expand/collapse all sub-items within a single parent item.
• Bonus -- automatically remember last known expand/collapse state.
