I was also wondering about this. My organization has a lot of useful custom 
fields for each contact such as location code, manager, and direct reports. On 
my PC I get a lot of value from looking up Tue reporting chain and clicking the 
names of managers or direct reports to bring up their contacts details. This 
app is great but only appears to bring up a handful of basic fields.

I am hoping to add support for additional fields (via Exchange Web Services) to
