Not working with zimbra mail server

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.enter the domain\user as "\email"
2.enter password
3.enter server

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
GAL to be retrieved from the server, but nothing happens, it returns to the 
same screen again

What version of the product are you using?

What version of Android are you running?
2.2

What version of Exchange are you connecting to?
Zimbra

Hi there

Thank you for trying out my app, and I am sorry it did not work for you.

Can you please confirm that you are using v1.2.3 of the app. The older versions 
do not support Zimbra. 

Also what is the exact error you see when the connection fails?

Hi Vivek,

I get the below error:

Connection to server failed with error code:0
Error Detail:
java.net.UnknownHostException: stbeehive.oracle.com

and regarding the version: yes I am using version 1.2.3

the problem is that I don't know what you mean by "Doamain" so I leave it 
blance and enter my user name with a back slash in this field, so is it correct?
