Setup fails if space after server in setup #87

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In setup add a space after the server
2. Log in
3. You get an error "Host name may not be null"

I uses swiftkey, and swiftkey suggested the servername and added an extra space 
after the servername. I suggest trimming servername.
