throws exception on startup

see an error that says parser instructions should not start with XML.

Thanks for reporting the problem!

A new version of Corporate Addressbook will be released shortly. That version 
will have an entirely new parser which will likely solve this issue.

If not, please re-open this bug after trying the upcoming version.
