Whenever I try to import a .wav file, I get the following error:
The output char buffer is too small to contain the decoded characters, encoding 'Unicode (UTF-8)' fallback 'System.Text.DecoderReplacementFallback'. Parameter name: chars.
Here is the log:
See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

** JIT Debugging **
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.
For example:
When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception

Make sure your wav file has an audio bit rate of 512kbps, with mono track at a sample rate of 32000Hz. You can change the audio bit rate by exporting as 16-bit PCM.
Here are my export settings on Audacity.
