@emhart , can you please delete the last 3 lines of dataRodents (species Perognathus longimembris, Microdipodops palidus, and Dipodomys deserti)?
The dev tools build seems to have corrupted the yaml in the vignettes, but I will correct that after I hear from you about the merges. I am trying to complete the Size Ratio tutorial this week, and the rest of the documentation by the end of March.
