I'd like to be able to import to-do from Microsoft Azure

I'm currently experimenting using a local-only branch. If anyone else is interested, let me know, and I'll publish the branch.

Just a note: This is not related to Azure DevOps. This is a separate todo-list, accessed by utilizing microsoft graph.
