github.also_unassigned does not work #730

According to the docs adding github.also_unassigned = True to a github target in my bugwarriorrc should cause tasks to be created for unassigned issues. This does not happen.

running bugwarrior 1.7.0 installed through pip

This appears to be correct. However, I'm going to close this as it falls under the umbrella of the broader issue #838.
