Bugwarrior does not read ~/.config/task/taskrc #994

I'm on taskwarrior 2.6.2, and have my taskrc stowed tidily in ~/.config/task/taskrc. Taskwarrior detects this fine, but bugwarrior does not. Any chance of bugwarrior checking ~/.config/task/taskrc for the config file?

We rely on taskw to read the taskrc for us, so this isn't an issue we can address here. There is a pull request on taskw addressing this issue: https://github.com/ralphbean/taskw/pull/163.
