Docs for summary and hints do not include the :annotations hint #614

I would like to easily discover the hints available for a command, but not all hints are shown where I expected to find them in the documentation. For example, the summary command supports the :annotations hint, which is not shown in the documentation for the summary command or for hints. If :annotations is a 'hint', it seems to belong in the same list as :quiet, :debug, ... :ids in hints.
