More idle state fixes #310

To test

  1. Seraphia (110) if she brushes the floor at 8:00
  2. Raven (105) is turning Anime style towards open door at 8:00
  3. Scar (101) if he briefly walks and turns for a second at 8:00. Then either stands there doing nothing or
  4. Scar (101) + Arto (102) if they stand facing each other and (next branch) talking to each other at 8:00
