Thanks for providing an excellent scenic pipeline for custom species! and I have a question: how to generate the global.hmm file or how to fetch this file(i have tried lfs but failed) .Looking forward to your quick reply! Thanks a lot!

Hi,

I just have merge self build AnimalTFDB HMM profile (http://bioinfo.life.hust.edu.cn/AnimalTFDB/#!/download) and the Pfam HMM profile (https://www.ebi.ac.uk/interpro/download/Pfam/).
