The external APIs 404 while built-in WebUI APIs are available #422

First, confirm

What happened?

While built-in WebUI APIs are available including the reactor args works perfectly fine:

while the extended ones return 404:

I'm using --api param when launching the webUI

Steps to reproduce the problem
