Pulling out a question from Slack, "What's user journeys in this context?"
Well lets say a UX has highlighted that the 3 critical user journeys (top tasks) are:
a -> c -> x
a -> b -> r -> y
g -> n -> w -> zThose URLs 10 URLs could be listed in a spreadsheet into a single column.
If any of those URLs have any errors, they will be elevated immediately above any scoring.
Practical instance: Accessibility statements feedback froms have multiple parts. One should be able to go:
Home page
Accessibility Statement (with form)
Form submission acknowledgement pageHaving something like that would map to one of the 105 questions from Section508.gov
This is probably better as a "flagged URLs" so they are more flexible. Might want to highight other key pages too.
Question
What is the impact level of each discovered accessibility violation (categorized by critical, serious, moderate, and minor), their frequency, and how they affect user journeys - #38 ?
