Overview The current pagination design needs to be updated and/or extended to take the mobile experience into consideration.
This design update will be based on explorations done by @ambroseyau.
Tasks
[ ] Extend/update design
[x] make number input heights equal in desktop (and mobile if applicable)
[ ] Align button styles between desktop and mobile
[ ] Update Figma component
[x] Make decision on "disabled" state (currently regular button disabled state is the same as the pagniation default state)
[ ] Update documentation
[ ] Provide guidance on screen breakpoints and when to use the different views
[ ] what controls are recommended in mobile view
[ ] revisit "breakpoint sizing" section
[ ] Include section on accessibilitiy
